A number of people from the digital sustainability community have come together to create a free handbook to help businesses learn about the impact of e-commerce and action more sustainable e-commerce practices.

Editor of The Sustainable Ecommerce Handbook, Oliver Lindberg, explains the aims of the handbook in his opening remarks.

The aim is to equip you with the information and practical techniques you need to make your online stores more responsible, and increase awareness among team members, stakeholders, and customers.

The handbook includes six articles and guides written by a group of authors from around the globe.
